Julie Dugoni is the Director of Accounting of ZMR Capital. Julie began her career in 2017 in Dallas, TX as an auditor with Deloitte, where she primarily served private equity clients with a focus on real estate investments. After several busy seasons in public accounting, she transitioned to Leon Capital Group, a Dallas-based family holding company, where she joined the retail division as a Senior Accountant. During her tenure, Julie was promoted to Corporate Controller and oversaw the accounting and record-keeping for an investment portfolio of approximately $10 billion in private capital.
Julie’s combined public accounting and private industry experience brings a well-rounded, strategic perspective to her role at ZMR Capital.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from The University of Mississippi and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.
Joshua Holton holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Saint Leo University and possesses a foundational background in leadership through his involvement with the U.S. Army . He brings a strong command of financial reporting, accounting systems, and operational processes within fast-paced, deadline-oriented environments.
Prior to joining One10 Firm, Joshua served as Senior Corporate Fund Accountant at American Landmark Apartments, where he managed financial reporting for over 100 properties and several large-scale multi-family funds totaling more than $1 billion in capital. His contributions included leading automation initiatives, optimizing investor communication processes, and maintaining financial integrity through meticulous ledger reviews and reconciliations.
Earlier in his career at TD SYNNEX, Joshua oversaw complex reconciliations and facilitated cross-border reporting across U.S. and Canadian operations. Recognized by both the IRS and local government for his work with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program, he consistently demonstrates a commitment to precision, integrity, and proactive problem-solving.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Joshua has served for over 12 years as a ropes course facilitator at several youth camps, guiding young individuals in leadership, trust-building, and team development.
